During these unprecedented times, Profitsflow decided to bring our ERP Information Day online!

The first Profitsflow ERP Information Day of 2020 was held on 22nd & 23rd of April, and for the first time ever, the event was held in an online environment.

Over the course of 2 days, we held an online event which would usually take place in a physical venue, over the course of a morning. For the event, there was a mixture of manufacturing and field service companies registered, which made for some interesting discussion around the EFACS software and it’s various modules.

Day one began with an overview presentation on Profitsflow and a typical implementation approach, followed by a short introduction to the look and feel of the EFACS software. At the end of this session, there was time for some questions and answers.

Day two was set up for a more in depth look at the EFACS software. Topics that were of great interest to a number of attendees were the Product Configurator and the MRP Workbench, both of which are features in the latest version of EFACS.

To demonstrate the integrated nature of EFACS, attendees were shown a sales order being created and progressed through to completion.

Attendees were also shown the EFACS Mobile applications, such as Eagle Field Service, Shop Floor Data Collection application and the Mobile CRM app. Again the session ended with time for questions and answers.
