Profitsflow were proud to be exhibitors at the Manufacturing & Supply Chain Conference & Exhibition in Dublin at the RDS Simmonscourt and also at the Lean Business Ireland Conference at the SETU Arena Waterford.
It has been a busy few weeks here at the offices of Profitsflow as we had the honour to exhibit our award winning ERP software solution EFACS E/8 at two large manufacturing events in Ireland.
The first event that we attended was the Manufacturing & Supply Chain Conference & Exhibition in Dublin which was located at the RDS Simmonscourt. This was a 2 day event with over 150 exhibitors and 100’s of delegates arriving each hour to attend the many informative talks and visit some of the manufacturing industries best minds and organisations. Our very own business development manager Eamonn Kelly was one of the speakers at the event. Eamonn spoke on the topic of MRP vs MPS and which one was best suited to your business. This attracted a large crowd of attentive delegates who were very interested in what he had to say. Many of these delegates spoke to us at our stand as they were interested in how EFACS could help their business. We also held a very successful competition over the two days. To enter, people had to drop their business cards over to our stand to be in with the chance to win a free bottle of Champagne. We must give a shout out to Abigail and the wonderful ladies at DPTC – Dairy Processing Technology Centre who won the prize.
Our second event that we attended was the Lean Business Ireland Conference at the SETU Arena in Waterford. This was an all day event which followed a similar format where 100’s of delegates had the opportunity to attend some excellent talks and speak with many businesses from different areas in the manufacturing industry. We must comment on how well attended all the talks were this year at both events, here we must give credit to the organisers as this helped bring in extremely large crowds which kept all of us exhibitors busy. We found the Lean Business Ireland Conference to be an excellent for us and we got to catch up with old contacts from around the south east which was a great bonus.
We do not have much time to relax as in the coming weeks we will be attending more events such as the “Meet the Manufacturer” event on the 14th & 15th of June at the Technological University of Shannon in Co. Limerick. Followed quickly by the “Manufacturing & Supply Chain Conference on the 22nd of June at the TEC Belfast. We are also excited to be hosting another one of our ERP Information day events at the start of July. This time we have decided to host the event in Cork on the 4th of July from 9:30am – 1:30pm.
