We invite you to join our ERP Discovery Workshop, tailored for manufacturing and field service companies considering a change to their Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution or implementing one for the first time. This half-day event will provide attendees with a comprehensive understanding of the key requirements needed before adopting a new ERP system. Additionally, participants will have the chance to explore EFACS E/8, a fully integrated ERP solution specifically designed to meet the needs of the manufacturing and field service industries.
The event is taking place on Thursday the 27th of March from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. The venue for this event will be confirmed shortly.

ERP Discovery Workshop Agenda
1. Opening Welcome and Roundtable Introductions
Upon arrival there will be tea, coffee and refreshments. Attendees will be given the opportunity to discuss their current ERP situation and explain what their ideal solution would look like.
2. Microsoft Excel: The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly
This brief presentation will highlight the use of Microsoft Excel and how it is utilised by many organisations to run day to day operations. Both positives and negatives will be outlined.
3. Presentation: Key Requirements to be Ready to Implement a New ERP System
Here, attendees will get a full insight into what requirements are needed prior to an ERP implementation. During this presentation we will guide you through each step of the selection process providing examples along the way.
4. Demonstration: EFACS E/8 Overview
Attendees will get the chance to see first hand the fully integrated ERP solution EFACS E/8. The ERP system has been specifically designed for the manufacturing and field service industries.
